The Southeastern Massachusetts Regional 911 District is seeking to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA)  and is committed to the overall intent of CALEA accreditation: to foster continuous improvement in service and operations and further the pursuit of professional excellence.

Public Comment

The CALEA Accreditation Public Comment Portal was created by CALEA to provide the public with a place to submit comments, commendations and other information on a member agency’s quality of service or candidacy for accredited status.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CALEA is not an investigatory body; therefore, the public comment portal should not be used to submit information about matters requiring follow-up or investigation. Additionally, there will be no response to comments submitted through the portal other than an acknowledgement of the submission; however, the information will be considered in context of its relevancy to compliance with CALEA standards and the tenets of CALEA Accreditation.
